I reached out to customer service and, they got back to me really fast. Like, I didn’t have to wait around at all, and they helped me out right away.

I wasn’t expecting too much when I ordered it, but when the box showed up, I was actually surprised by how much was inside. There was loads more than I thought I’d get, so for what I paid, it definitely felt worth it. Happy with it overall.

"Good box overall, but I wanted more variety"
As someone who likes trying new things, I was hoping for a little more variety in the box. The products were decent and I did use them, but a few felt kind of similar after a while. Not a bad experience, just not as exciting as I expected

"Showed up right on time"
Delivery was exactly when they said it would be, and the tracking was easy to follow the whole way. No drama or anything—the box just showed up as expected. Weirdly, I remember the delivery truck had a little squeaky brake when it stopped outside, but other than that, totally straightforward.

I’ll admit, the box was nicer than I expected. It was neat, looked presentable, and was easy to open without any hassle. Not something I’d normally pay much attention to, but it did make a decent first impression

I ended up cancelling my Roccabox subscription, and it was a lot easier than I expected.
I thought there might be some avoidable hassle, like having to email back and forth or dig around for the right option, but the steps were clear and it all went through without any drama.
It’s always nice when a company doesn’t make cancelling awkward. I’d happily consider signing up again another time.
